Shipping and Returns Policy

Please be aware that if candles are left out in extreme conditions that melting may occur.  We cannot be responsible to damage to candles due to extreme conditions.  Minimal melting may occur without damage to the candle.

Return Policy:

 

All merchandise returns are accepted only within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be approved, please call or e-mail for authorization. Unless our error, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns to cover any repackaging costs 'credit card fees and labor incurred. All returns must include a completed return form with the original invoice number and reason for return. Merchandise must be received in original packaging and in origional condition to be accepted. If items are not received in re-saleable condition they will not be accepted. Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for shipping on all returns, In-store credit only, for the price of the product (excludes shipping and handling) no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error.


Do not send new orders with returned items for an exchange! Doing so might delay your order. You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new order. 

  

Shipping Policy:

Because each product is hand-poured, we generally ship products within seven (7) business days (Monday - Friday).  We do not ship COD.

 

Damaged Shipments:

If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, please do not refuse it.   Instead, open  and contact us as soon as possible after delivery if  product inside packages arrive damaged.
