Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and photos of the product and packaging may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will gladly offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund, depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used candles
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
